I purchased insurance. Why didn't I receive tracking?

Insurance is not the same as tracking or delivery confirmation.The purchase of insurance provides protection to the buyer for any damage that could be caused during delivery of the item(s) or for items that go missing. We strongly encourage buyers purchase insurance on all items.
